Job Description *
Assemble mechanical and electromechanical sub-assemblies per engineering drawings and work instructions. Experience in a structured manufacturing environment preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
Support new product introduction, process development, and continuous improvement across stamping, fabrication, and assembly operations. BS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. 3–5 years manufacturing experience required.
Perform in-process and final inspection of fabricated, machined, and welded components using measuring instruments, CMM, and visual inspection. Experience with GD&T and ISO quality systems required.
Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form sheet metal parts to print. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings required. Experience with Amada or Trumpf controls a plus.
Perform MIG and TIG welding on structural and precision weldments per weld symbols and blueprints. AWS certification preferred. Experience with carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum required.
Set up and operate 3 and 4-axis CNC milling centers and turning lathes to produce precision components per engineering drawings. Experience with Fanuc controls preferred. 3+ years CNC machining experience required.
