Mercury’s laser cutting cells process sheet and plate across steel, aluminum, stainless, and specialty alloys — holding tight tolerances on complex profiles without the cost or lead time of hard tooling. Nesting software maximises material yield on every sheet, and cut parts flow straight into forming, welding, or finishing under the same roof.
CNC press brakes form everything from a single flange to multi-hit enclosures, with tooling and programs proven out during DFM so the first part matches the print. Automated backgauging holds bend angle and flange dimension consistent from prototype through full production volume.
Mercury's in-house machining capabilities complement our commitment to vertical integration and processes under one roof. With machining centers of different sizes and configurations, Mercury can support quick turnaround for complex machined parts.
Our core competency in welding is highlighted by in-house Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI) and a commitment to use the latest technology. From small parts to parts over 20' long, Mercury has finishing solutions that meet the most stringent criteria. Our automated and quick-change paint solutions mean fast production turns and high quality are standard.
Mercury's plastic capabilities range up to 850 ton injection molding machines and supporting services allowing us to build a wide array of products for our customers. Equipped with high volume controls and robotic take-off, our production capacities are flexible to meet your needs.
Mercury's expertise in advanced assembly and integration is supported by its Advanced Planning System and extensive supply chain management. Manufacturing services don't need to end at production. Mercury offers warehousing solutions in-house as well as its own dedicated fleet of trucks. With over 500,000 square feet of warehouse space we can store, manage, and ship product directly to you or your end customer.
