SUMMARY: Perform dimensional, visual, inspection using standard documentation, drawings, and procedures. Utilize precision measuring tools by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provide acceptance or rejection for compliance to established standards and processes. Verify conformance to customer and company prints. Prepare procedures, update and maintain files as needed by ISO certification and quality enhancement. Interact effectively and professionally with all customers. Collect QA data, log data and evaluate results.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Execute knowledge of QA methods and standards, inspection procedures, QA instructions and assembly specifications. Identify procedure to conduct quality test and inspections. Evaluate and interpret manuals, blueprints, specifications along with other technical data. Perform first article, piece, in-process as well as final inspections utilizing different automated and manual equipment for inspection.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Right-to-know, Loc-out Tag-out, High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. It is required for the candidate to have at least 1-3 years of hands on experience in the manufacturing processes. Must be able to adapt fast and easily grip the quality concept.
