QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Utilizes Work Orders, blueprints, sketches, written and verbal instructions to determine job requirements.
• Performs visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications.
• Program and maintain current file revisions of all client part.
• Interpret engineering blueprints to draw (program) flat pattern layouts of parts using CAD/CAM software.
• Work with customer engineers.
• Reverse engineer parts for manufacturing.
• Make machine & tooling selections to manufacture parts in the most cost-effective manner.
• Prepare detailed standardized work instructions and set-up sheets.
• Maintains the Laser and reports any maintenance issues
• Consults with management to resolve manufacturing or assembly problems.
• Willingness to actively participate in all aspects of production when and where needed
• Ensure that safe work practices are followed and adhered to.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Right-to-know, Loc-out Tag-out, Blueprint, , Instrument, High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
